Grenadine Drink

  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] milk
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] cantaloupe, cut into large chunks
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] grenadine syrup
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 ice cube [optional]
  • Into a blender or a food processor, mix together milk, cantaloupe chunks, grenadine syrup and lemon juice.
  • Process until liquefied.
  • If desired, add ice cube; process for a few seconds more.
  • Serve, ice cold.
