- 3/4 cup [190 mL] milk
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] cantaloupe, cut into large chunks
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] grenadine syrup
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1 ice cube [optional]

- Into a blender or a food processor, mix together milk, cantaloupe chunks, grenadine syrup and lemon juice.
- Process until liquefied.
- If desired, add ice cube; process for a few seconds more.
- Serve, ice cold.
