Ice Cream and Strawberry Punch

  • 1 pound [454 g] frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup [250 mL] vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups [500 mL] milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 ounces [190 mL] frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 bottle Ginger Ale
  • Crush strawberries with a fork.
  • Mix in vanilla ice cream, milk, salt and orange juice concentrate.
  • Thoroughly mix.
  • Pour in Ginger Ale, and serve.
