  • 1 3/4 ounces [55 mL] unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup [250 mL] hot water
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] sugar
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] hot milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Mix together cocoa powder, hot water, sugar, salt and hot milk.
  • Serve, garnished to taste with whipped cream.
