- 4 cups [1 L] of milk
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] honey

- Scald milk with cinnamon sticks.
- Mix together cocoa and salt.
- Blend in 1/4 cup [60 mL] of hot milk, until smooth.
- Add to remaining scalded milk; stir in honey.
- Reheat.
- Beat with rotary beater, before serving.
