Honey Brunch Cocoa

  • 4 cups [1 L] of milk
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] cocoa
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] honey
  • Scald milk with cinnamon sticks.
  • Mix together cocoa and salt.
  • Blend in 1/4 cup [60 mL] of hot milk, until smooth.
  • Add to remaining scalded milk; stir in honey.
  • Reheat.
  • Beat with rotary beater, before serving.
