- 3 cups [750 mL] water
- 2 [12-ounce / 340-mL each] packs frozen rhubarb
- 1 [6-ounce / 190-mL] can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup [60 to 100 g] sugar
- Ice cubes
- 2 [7-ounce / 220-mL] bottles lemon-lime carbonated drink, chilled

- Into a saucepan, combine water, frozen rhubarb, frozen lemonade concentrate and sugar.
- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, until rhubarb is really soft.
- Strain to remove pulp; chill liquid.
- Just before serving, pour chilled rhubarb liquid mixture over ice cubes into a punch bowl.
- Resting bottle over rim of bowl, slowly pour in chilled lemon-lime carbonated drink.
