Preparation
1 cup [250 mL] banana slices or berrries, or a mixture
1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt
1/4 to 1/3 cup [60 to 80 mL] maple syrup
4 eggs
1 3/4 cups [440 mL] cold milk
Crush desired fruit[s] into a blender.
Add yogurt, 1/4 cup [60 mL] of maple syrup, eggs and cold milk.
Mix at high speed until smooth.
Taste and mix in needed remaining maple syrup, according to the acidity of chosen fruits.
Pour into 4 glasses; serve immediately.
