IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 cup [250 mL] banana slices or berrries, or a mixture
  • 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup [60 to 80 mL] maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups [440 mL] cold milk
  • Crush desired fruit[s] into a blender.
  • Add yogurt, 1/4 cup [60 mL] of maple syrup, eggs and cold milk.
  • Mix at high speed until smooth.
  • Taste and mix in needed remaining maple syrup, according to the acidity of chosen fruits.
  • Pour into 4 glasses; serve immediately.
