  • 1 apple
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup [250 mL] crushed ice
  • Water, if needed
  • Peel and core apple; peel bananas.
  • Slice apple and bananas.
  • Transfer apple and banana slices into a blender and... put the lid on for a no-mess situation!
  • Turn on the blender and if the ingredients don't mix, add some water.
  • Pour mixture into 4 glasses, and enjoy!
