Preparation
1 apple
2 bananas
1 cup [250 mL] crushed ice
Water, if needed
Peel and core apple; peel bananas.
Slice apple and bananas.
Transfer apple and banana slices into a blender and... put the lid on for a no-mess situation!
Turn on the blender and if the ingredients don't mix, add some water.
Pour mixture into 4 glasses, and enjoy!
