- 1 cup [250 mL] freshly hulled strawberries, crushed
- 3 scoops strawberry ice cream
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] really cold cream soda
- Whipped cream [to decorate]
- 1 whole fresh strawberry [to decorate]

- Mix togehter crushed strawberries with juice and 1 scoop strawberry ice cream.
- Pour mixture into a tall, 14-ounce [420-mL] glass.
- Delicately scoop remaining 2 scoops strawberry ice cream into glass.
- Serve, garnished with whipped cream and whole fresh strawberry.
