- 2 cups [500 mL] fresh strawberries
- 1 [3-ounce / 85-g] pack strawberry-flavored gelatin mix
- 1 cup [250 mL] boiling water
- 2 [6-ounce / 170-mL each] cans frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 [6-ounce / 170-mL] can orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 6 cups [1.5 L] cold water
- 1 [28-ounce / 796-mL] bottle really cold Ginger Ale

- Rinse, then delicately pat dry straberries using paper toweling; if desired, for even more color, do not hull strawberries.
- Arrange strawberries side-by-side onto a baking sheet; freeze strawberries until firm.
- Into a small bowl, dissolve strawberry-flavored gelatin mix into boiling water; leave to cool to room temperature.
- Into a punch bowl, mix together cooled dissolved strawberry gelatin, trawed pink lemonade and orange juice concentrates, and cold water.
- Just before serving, slowly pour Ginger Ale into mixture before adding frozen strawberries.
