  • 1 cup [250 mL] apricot nectar
  • 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana, into chunks
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed
  • Into a blender, liqufy together apricot nectar, yogurt, banana chunks and crushed ice until smooth and foamy.
  • Serve immediately.
