Rainbow Punch

Comments: Use a Parisian scoop to shape the sherbet balls.

IngredientsPreparation
  • 3 cups [750 mL] any fruit flavor V8® Splash
  • 3 cups [750 mL] sparkling mineral water
  • 4 cups [1 L] small assorted sherbet balls such as lime, raspberry, strawberry, peach, lemon and/or mango
  • Refrigerate juice and mineral water for at least 90 minutes, until really cold.
  • Evenly pour juice and mineral water into 6 tall glasses.
  • Shape desired sherbet[s] into small balls.
  • Add any 5 small balls [1/3 cup / 80 mL], sherbet to each glass.
  • Serve immediately.
