- 1/3 cup [75 g] softened butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] chopped parsley

- Mix together softened butter, minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- Spread mixture over waxed paper, up to 2 inches [5 cm] from the sides.
- Shape into a roll; twist both ends of waxed paper.
- Refrigerate until very cold, before slicing.
