Garlic Parsley Butter

  • 1/3 cup [75 g] softened butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] chopped parsley
  • Mix together softened butter, minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  • Spread mixture over waxed paper, up to 2 inches [5 cm] from the sides.
  • Shape into a roll; twist both ends of waxed paper.
  • Refrigerate until very cold, before slicing.
