Garlic Butter

  • 7 ounces [220 g] garlic cloves
  • 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] butter
  • Peel and then blanch garlic cloves.
  • Drain well; crush or puree garlic cloves into a blender.
  • Mix in butter; press through a fine sieve.
