Garlic Butter

Preparation
7 ounces [220 g] garlic cloves
8 3/4 ounces [250 g] butter
Peel and then blanch garlic cloves.
Drain well; crush or puree garlic cloves into a blender.
Mix in butter; press through a fine sieve.
