Garlic Dry Mustard Butter

  • 1 pound [454 g] butter, at room temperature
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic head, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dry mustard
  • A little lemon juice
  • Thoroughly mix together butter, green onions, garlic, parsley, freshly ground pepper, dry mustard and lemon juice.
