Garlic Green Onion Butter

Use to stuff mushroom caps, with snails, to spread bread slices or serve over steaks or ground beef patties.

  • 1/2 cup [115 g] butter
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] minced green onion
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cream butter.
  • Vigorously mix in minced parsley, green onion and garlic; salt and pepper.
  • Set aside for 1 hour for flavors to blend, before using.
