Garlic Green Onion Butter

Keep refrigerated.
Use to stuff mushroom caps, with snails, to spread bread slices or serve over steaks or ground beef patties.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1/2 cup [115 g] butter
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] minced green onion
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Cream butter.
- Vigorously mix in minced parsley, green onion and garlic; salt and pepper.
- Set aside for 1 hour for flavors to blend, before using.
