  • 1/2 cup [115 g] butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] freshly minced chives
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
  • Into a bowl, cream butter or margarine.
  • Mix in chives and dry mustard.
