Spread crusty bread slices, toasts, French baguette slices, ... with this butter.
It is also delicious with baked potatoes.
Keep refrigerated.

1/2 cup [115 g] butter or margarine
2 tablespoons [30 mL] freshly minced chives
1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
Into a bowl, cream butter or margarine.
Mix in chives and dry mustard.
