- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] grated onion
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] minced parsley
- 4 tablespoons [60 g] soft butter
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] seasoned steak sauce [A1] or chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/4 teaspoon[1 mL] dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] freshly ground pepper

- Well mix together onion, parsley, butter, seasoned steak sauce or chutney, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
- Transfer into a bowl or shape into small balls; arrange balls onto a baking sheet and freeze, uncovered, for approximately 1 hour.
- Arrange frozen balls into a plastic container, waxed paper between each row.
- If not frozen, keep refrigerated.
- Even frozen, butter will melt fast over hot meat.
