Ingredients
Preparation
Unpeeled pumpkin chunks
Butter
Cream
Nutmeg
Salt and pepper
Steam [to retain color and flavor] unpeeled pumpkin chunks for 30 to 45 minutes, until soft.
Scrape the pulp away from the skin.
Puree pumpkin pulp.
Mix in a little butter and a little cream.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Thoroughly mix.
