  • Butter
  • Freshly finely chopped parsley, to taste
  • A little freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Soften some butter.
  • Well mix in finely chopped fresh parsley and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Spread mixture over waxed paper, up to 2 inches [5 cm] from the sides.
  • Shape mixture into a roll; twist both ends of waxed paper.
  • Refrigerate until really cold, before slicing and serving.
