- Butter
- Freshly finely chopped parsley, to taste
- A little freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Soften some butter.
- Well mix in finely chopped fresh parsley and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Spread mixture over waxed paper, up to 2 inches [5 cm] from the sides.
- Shape mixture into a roll; twist both ends of waxed paper.
- Refrigerate until really cold, before slicing and serving.
