Lemon Worcestershire Sauce Butter

Use to brush fish while grilling and/or serve along with fish.

Approximately 2 tablespoons [30 g]
Ingredients
Preparation
2 tablespoons [30 g] butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
Mix together all ingredients until well blended.
Use immediately; refrigerate any remaining butter until ready to serve.
