Lemon Worcestershire Sauce Butter
Comments: Use to brush fish while grilling and/or serve along with fish.
Servings: Approximately 2 tablespoons [30 g]

  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] grated lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • Mix together all ingredients until well blended.
  • Use immediately; refrigerate any remaining butter until ready to serve.
