Cheesy Garlic Margarine

Different from the traditional garlic butter.
Serve along with steaks or roast chicken, or use to prepare croutons.

Ingredients
Preparation
1 1/4 cups [285 g] soft margarine
1 tablespoon [15 mL] roasted garlic
2 teaspoons [10 mL] garlic blossom puree
5 large cloves garlic, crushed using a garlic press
3 tablespoons [45 g] grated Parmesan, Italien Parmigiano Reggiano if possible, grated
2 tablespoons [30 mL] parsley flakes
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Well mix together all ingredients.
Refrigerate butter for approximately 2 hours, for flavors to enhance, before using.
