Cheesy Garlic Margarine

Comments: Different from the traditional garlic butter.
Serve along with steaks or roast chicken, or use to prepare croutons.

  • 1 1/4 cups [285 g] soft margarine
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] roasted garlic
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] garlic blossom puree
  • 5 large cloves garlic, crushed using a garlic press
  • 3 tablespoons [45 g] grated Parmesan, Italien Parmigiano Reggiano if possible, grated
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] parsley flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Well mix together all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate butter for approximately 2 hours, for flavors to enhance, before using.
