Apricot Brandy Sour

  • 1 1/3 ounces [40 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] very fine sugar
  • 1 1/3 ounces [40 mL] apricot brandy
  • Ice cubes
  • Cherry
  • Pour all ingredients except cherry over ice cubes, into the glass section of a shaker.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into a sour glass; decorate with a cherry.
