Bailey's Irish Cream

IngredientsPreparation
  • 10 ounces [310 mL] rye [whiskey]
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 [10 1/2-ounce / 300-mL] can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] coconut extract
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup [250 mL] or more heavy cream
  • Blend together all ingredients, except heavy cream.
  • Once blended, pour in heavy cream.
  • Stir; if needed to get desired thickness, pour in more heavy cream.
