Bailey's Irish Cream

This is quick, easy to make and tastes great in your coffee or as my husband prefers, over ice. ENJOY!!!!
Ingredients
Preparation
10 ounces [310 mL] rye [whiskey]
4 eggs
1 [10 1/2-ounce / 300-mL] can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] coconut extract
1 tablespoon [15 mL] chocolate syrup
1 cup [250 mL] or more heavy cream
Blend together all ingredients, except heavy cream.
Once blended, pour in heavy cream.
Stir; if needed to get desired thickness, pour in more heavy cream.
