Cooked Fruit Wine
Comments: If your have leftovers and cannot fill a whole bottle with a specified wine, do not hesitate to mix different fruit wines together...delicious!
  • 100 leaves from any chosen fruit tree [after fruitage]
  • 25 sugar cubes [35 for prunes]
  • 1 bottle light red wine
  • 1 cup [250 mL] alcohol
  • Wash fruit tree leaves.
  • Mix together all ingredients into a large, airtight jar.
  • Leave to macerate for approximately 2 months.
  • Filter and bottle.
