  • 1 ounce [30 mL] sour picon
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] dry white vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] dry gin
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon rind, to decorate
  • Pour sour picon, dry white vermouth and dry gin into an old fashioned glass, over ice cubes.
  • Decorate with lemon rind.
