Dry Manhattan
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] dry white vermouth
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] Canadian whisky
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon rind
  • Pour dry white vermouth and whisky, over ice cubes, into a shaker.
  • Shake; strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Decorate with lemon rind.
