- 2 ounces [60 mL] rum
- 2 ounces [60 mL] coconut liqueur
- 1 ounce [30 mL] cognac or brandy
- 1 ounce [30 mL] lemon juice
- 1 ounce [30 mL] Pina Colada mix
- Crushed ice
- Pineapple juice
- Pineapple chunk

- Pour rum, coconut liqueur, cognac or brandy, lemon juice and Pina Colada, over crushed ice, into a coconut-shaped glass.
- Fill glass with pineapple juice.
- Decorate with pineapple chunk.
