- 1/4 teaspoon [1 g] very fine sugar
- 2 ounces [60 mL] light or amber rum
- 2 ounces [60 mL] club soda
- Ginger Ale
- Orange rind

- Pour rum and club soda over sugar into a collins glass.
- Fill glass with ginger ale.
- Decorate with orange rind.
- Serve with straws.
