St-James Cocktail

  • 2 ounces [60 mL] lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] cointreau
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] amber rum
  • Ice cubes
  • Cherries
  • Pour lemon juice, cointreau and rum, over ice cubes, into a shaker.
  • Shake; strain into a champagne glass.
  • Decorate with cherries.
