Between-the-Sheets
  • 1 1/4 ounces [37.5 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] very fine sugar
  • 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] cointreau
  • 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] brandy
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] light rum
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 lemon slice
  • Cherries
  • Pour lemon juice, sugar, cointreau, brandy and light rum, over ice cubes, into a shaker.
  • Shake; strain into a champagne glass.
  • Decorate with 1/2 lemon slice and cherries.
