- 1 1/4 ounces [37.5 mL] lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] very fine sugar
- 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] cointreau
- 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] brandy
- 1 ounce [30 mL] light rum
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 lemon slice
- Cherries

- Pour lemon juice, sugar, cointreau, brandy and light rum, over ice cubes, into a shaker.
- Shake; strain into a champagne glass.
- Decorate with 1/2 lemon slice and cherries.
