Chambord Daiquiri
  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] chambord
  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] light rum
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] icing sugar
  • Crushed ice
  • Pour chambord, rum and lime juice into a blender.
  • Add a tall glass full crushed ice; mix for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a champagne glass.
