- 1 1/2 ounces [45 mL] light rum
- Few drops cointreau
- 1 drop red food colouring
- 1 1/2 ounces [45 mL] pineapple juice
- Pineapple slice
- Cherries

- Shake; strain into a cocktail glass.
- Decorate with pineapple slice and cherries.
