- 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] grenadine syrup
- 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] green Creme de Menthe
- 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] kahlua liqueur
- 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] cointreau
- 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] cognac
- Drops of grand marnier or cusenier orange

- Using a spoon, floating each coat one on top of the other, very slowly pour grenadine, Creme de Menthe, kahlua liqueur, cointreau and finally cognac, into a sherry glass.
- Top with a few drops grand marnier or cusenier orange.
- Warm-up the glass and flambee.
