Flamingo

1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] grenadine syrup 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] green Creme de Menthe 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] kahlua liqueur 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] cointreau 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] cognac Drops of grand marnier or cusenier orange	Using a spoon, floating each coat one on top of the other, very slowly pour grenadine, Creme de Menthe, kahlua liqueur, cointreau and finally cognac, into a sherry glass. Top with a few drops grand marnier or cusenier orange. Warm-up the glass and flambee.
