Flamingo
  • 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] grenadine syrup
  • 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] green Creme de Menthe
  • 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] kahlua liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] cointreau
  • 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] cognac
  • Drops of grand marnier or cusenier orange
  • Using a spoon, floating each coat one on top of the other, very slowly pour grenadine, Creme de Menthe, kahlua liqueur, cointreau and finally cognac, into a sherry glass.
  • Top with a few drops grand marnier or cusenier orange.
  • Warm-up the glass and flambee.
