Champagne Cocktail
  • 1 teaspoon [5 g] very fine sugar
  • Few drops angostura bitter or 2 cubes sugar, soaked with angostura bitter
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] grand marnier
  • Champagne
  • Put sugar, angostura bitter or soaked sugar cubes and grand marnier into a champagne glass.
  • Fill with champagne.
