Brandy Flip
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] brandy
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 g] very fine sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Ice cubes
  • Nutmeg
  • Over ice cubes, pour brandy into a shaker; add fine sugar and break-in egg.
  • Shake; strain into a sour glass.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg.
