Byrrh Cocktail
  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] byrrh
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] gin
  • Lemon rind
  • Ice cubes
  • Pour byrrh and gin, over ice cubes, into a shaker.
  • Thoroughly stir using a spoon.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Add lemon rind.
