Cointreau Collins

  • 1 1/4 ounces [37.5 mL] cointreau
  • 1 1/2 ounces [45 mL] unsweetened lemon juice
  • Club soda
  • 1/2 slice of lemon
  • 1/2 slice of orange
  • Ice cubes
  • Pour cointreau and lemon juice over ice cubes, into a collins glass.
  • Pour in club soda, up to 1-inch [2.5-cm] from the rim.
  • Decorate with lemon and orange half-slices.
