Cointreau Gimlet
  • 1 1/2 ounces [45 mL] cointreau
  • 1 1/2 ounces [45 mL] unsweetened lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 slice of lemon
  • Cherries
  • Pour cointreau and lemon juice, over ice cubes, into a shaker.
  • Shake; strain into a champagne glass.
  • Decorate with half-slice lemon and cherries.
