  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] coconut-flavored rum
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] grenadine syrup
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] orange juice
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] pineapple juice
  • 1 cup [250 mL] crushed ice
Second Option
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] rum
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] coconut-flavored rum
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] grenadine syrup
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] orange juice
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 piece orange rind, 1 slice orange or 1 pineapple chunk, to decorate

  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] rum
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] coconut-flavored rum
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] grenadine syrup
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] orange juice

  • 1 ounce [30 mL] 'Co Co Lopez'
  • 1 ounce [30 mL] crushed pineapple

  • For a frosty option, blend together all the ingredients into a blender before serving.
Second Option
  • For the second option, pour all liquids into a shake and add some ice cubes.
  • Shake then pour over ice cubes.
  • Serve decorated with orange rind or slice, or pineapple chunk; 'Yummy'.

  • For the third option, pour all liquids into a shake, or preferably a blender, and add some ice cubes.
  • Shake pour over ice cubes or blend.
  • 'Co Co Lopez' and crushed pineapple will top it off nicely and the flavor will be so much better.
