Colada Breakfast
Comments: Serve this beverage into a tall glass.

  • 4 ounces [125 mL] pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces [60 mL] white Rum
  • 2 ounces [60 mL] Cream of Coconut
  • 1/2 well-ripe banana, into chunks
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 slice of lime [to decorate]
  • Into a blender, puree together pineapple juice, white Rum, Cream of Coconut, banana chunks and ice cubes, until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a slice of lime and serve.
