- 4 ounces [125 mL] pineapple juice
- 2 ounces [60 mL] white Rum
- 2 ounces [60 mL] Cream of Coconut
- 1/2 well-ripe banana, into chunks
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 slice of lime [to decorate]

- Into a blender, puree together pineapple juice, white Rum, Cream of Coconut, banana chunks and ice cubes, until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a slice of lime and serve.
