Apricot Brandy Slush

  • 12 ounces [340 mL] frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 12 ounces [340 mL] frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup [250 mL] strong tea
  • 1 cup [250 mL] Apricot Brandy
  • 2 cups [400 g] sugar
  • 2 [12-ounce / 340-mL each] cans water
  • Cold 7-Up, to serve
  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Freeze for 48 hours, before serving.
  • To serve, spoon some of the mixture into a tall glass before filling the glass with cold 7-Up.
