Creamy Pina Colada

  • 2 ounces [60 mL] Jamaican rum
  • 2 ounces [60 mL] pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] heavy cream [35%]
  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] coconut cream
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 tip pineapple leaf [to decorate]
  • 1 Maraschino cherry [to decorate]
  • Into a blender, mix together rum, pineapple juice, whipping cream and coconut cream.
  • Fill piņa colada glasses with crushed ice.
  • Pour rum mixture all over crushed ice.
  • Serve, decorated with tip pineapple leaf and Maraschino cherry.
