- 2 ounces [60 mL] Jamaican rum
- 2 ounces [60 mL] pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] heavy cream [35%]
- 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] coconut cream
- Crushed ice
- 1 tip pineapple leaf [to decorate]
- 1 Maraschino cherry [to decorate]

- Into a blender, mix together rum, pineapple juice, whipping cream and coconut cream.
- Fill piņa colada glasses with crushed ice.
- Pour rum mixture all over crushed ice.
- Serve, decorated with tip pineapple leaf and Maraschino cherry.
