  • 1 1/2 ounces [45 mL] Jamaican rum
  • 1/2 a banana
  • Juice of 1/4 a lime
  • 1 teaspoon [5 g] sugar
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 tip pineapple leaf [to decorate]
  • 1 Maraschino cherry [to decorate]
  • Into a blender, mix together rum, banana half, lime juice and sugar.
  • Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice.
  • Pour rum mixture all over crushed ice.
  • Serve, decorated with tip pineapple leaf and Maraschino cherry.
