  • 1 teaspoon [5 g] sugar
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Irish whisky
  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] hot coffee
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] heavy cream, lightly whipped
  • 1 stemmed glass
  • 1 napkin
  • Spoon sugar into a stemmed glass; pour in Irish whisky.
  • Pour in hot coffee, stirring.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Serve, wrapped into a napkin.
