- 3 cups [750 mL] really strong hot coffee
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] thinly sliced orange rind
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] sugar
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] whipped cream

- Pour coffee into a heat-proof glass coffee pot.
- Add orange rind and slices.
- Warm over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Do not boil.
- Stir in sugar.
- Filter mixture through a strainer, into cups.
- Top with dollops of whipped cream.
- Serve.
