Iced Cafe au Lait

Servings:
2 cups [500 mL]
2 teaspoons [10 mL] instant coffee
2 tablespoons [30 g] sugar
1/4 cup [60 mL] boiling water
2 cups [500 mL] cold milk
Dissolve coffee and sugar into boiling water.
Leave to cool completely.
Pour in cold milk.
