Iced Cafe au Lait

Servings: 2 cups [500 mL]
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] sugar
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] boiling water
  • 2 cups [500 mL] cold milk
  • Dissolve coffee and sugar into boiling water.
  • Leave to cool completely.
  • Pour in cold milk.
