- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] sugar [optional]
- 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] Cognac
- 1/2 ounce [15 mL] Kahlua Liqueur
- 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] Grand Marnier
- Really hot coffee
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] whipped cream
- 2 stemmed glasses
- 2 napkins
- 2 saucers
- 2 spoons

- If desied, coat the rim of 2 stemmed glass with sugar; caramelize the sugar.
- Evenly pour 2 1/4 ounces [11.25 mL] Cognac, 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] Kahlua Liqueur and 2 1/4 ounces [11.25 mL] Grand Marnier into each glass; ignite.
- Gently fill glasses with really hot coffee, up to 1 inch [2.5 cm] from the rim.
- Top each with 1 tablespoon [15 mL] whipped cream.
- Wrap a napkin around each glass.
- Serve onto saucers, along with spoons.
