  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] Cognac
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] Kahlua Liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] Grand Marnier
  • Coffee
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] fructose [optional]
  • Whipped cream
  • Stemmed glass
  • Napkin
  • Saucer
  • Spoon
  • Pour Cognac into stemmed glass; flambe.
  • Pour in Kahlua Liqueur and Grand Marnier.
  • Fill glass with very hot coffee, up to 1 inch [2.5 cm] from the rim.
  • Sprinkle with fructose.
  • Top with a generous spoonful of whipped cream.
  • Wrap the glass into a napkin.
  • Serve onto a saucer, along with a spoon.
