- 1 cup [250 mL] cold whipping cream
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] icing sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] cold coffee
- 4 scoops coffee-flavored ice cream
- Toasted almond pieces

- Whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Add icing sugar; whip until stiff peaks form.
- Pour cold coffee into glasses.
- Spread whipped cream over coffee, so that it touches the side of the glasses.
- Garnish with ice cream, sprinkle with almond pieces and serve.
