  • 1 cup [250 mL] cold whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] icing sugar
  • 1 cup [250 mL] cold coffee
  • 4 scoops coffee-flavored ice cream
  • Toasted almond pieces
  • 4 stemmed glasses
  • Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add icing sugar; whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Pour cold coffee into glasses.
  • Spread whipped cream over coffee, so that it touches the side of the glasses.
  • Garnish with ice cream, sprinkle with almond pieces and serve.
