- 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] Cognac
- 1/2 ounce [15 mL] Kahlua Liqueur
- 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] Grand Marnier
- Realy hot coffee
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] fructose [optional]
- Whipped cream
- 1 stemmed glass
- 1 napkin
- 1 saucer
- 1 spoon

- Pour Cognac into stemmed glass; flambe.
- Pour in Kahlua.
- Pour in Grand Marnier.
- Fill glass with hot coffee, up to 1 inch [2.5 cm] from the rim.
- Add fructose.
- Top with a generous dollop whipped cream.
- Wrap the glass with a napkin.
- Serve, onto a saucer, along with a spoon.
