Spanish Three-Liquor Coffee

  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] Cognac
  • 1/2 ounce [15 mL] Kahlua liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce [22.5 mL] Grand Marnier
  • Realy hot coffee
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] fructose [optional]
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 stemmed glass
  • 1 napkin
  • 1 saucer
  • 1 spoon
  • Pour Cognac into stemmed glass; flambe.
  • Pour in Kahlua.
  • Pour in Grand Marnier.
  • Fill glass with hot coffee, up to 1 inch [2.5 cm] from the rim.
  • Add fructose.
  • Top with a generous dollop whipped cream.
  • Wrap the glass with a napkin.
  • Serve, onto a saucer, along with a spoon.
