- 6 tablespoons [90 mL] espresso coffee powder
- 3 cups [750 mL] water
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] vanilla
- Cinnamon or cocoa powder

- Spoon coffee powder into coffee maker filter.
- Into a small saucepan, over medium-high heat, bring water to a boil.
- Pour boiling water over coffee; leave to drip for 5 minutes.
- Into the same saucepan, over medium heat, heat milk for 2 minutes, uncovered.
- Do not boil.
- Whip together milk and vanilla for 1 minute at high speed, using an electric mixer or a blender.
- When ready, pour coffee into 4 individual cups; pour in foamy milk.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
